Wow are you enjoying the warm beautiful weather that fall is giving us? I cant believe how fast the summer went. It seems it was just here. Now Thanksgiving is right around the corner, and with Thanksgiving comes Winter and Christmas. I was delighted to be asked out to Savanna IL to be a guest speaker at their T.O.P.S. meeting. What a warm wonderful supportive group. I was delighted to see the kinship among the members. I am actually going back next week to conduct a group session with everyone in attendance. A “Get me through the Holidays” hypnosis session. Enjoy the fabulous weather that Fall is providing us with and remember there is no fast acting pill to weight loss – but through hypnosis all things are possible.
